The Platform and its original content, features, functionality, design elements, trademarks, and logos are owned by The Concept Store and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or exploit any Platform content without our express written permission.
You retain all ownership rights to content you submit to the Platform ("User Content"), including concept descriptions, business plans, financial data, images, videos, and other materials. However, by submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in connection with operating and promoting the Platform.
Information marked as "confidential" or shared in private messaging between users remains subject to confidentiality obligations. Investors who access confidential concept information agree not to disclose such information to third parties or use it for purposes other than evaluating investment opportunities.

All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise specified. Success fees are due within 30 days of investment closing and are calculated based on gross investment amount. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with 30 days' notice to existing users.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE CONCEPT STORE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
